When i go to start the play room and connect, i keep getting a message saying errer missing string band twenty. Can this be fixed or is this because you guys are updating?

No; I'm very surprised that you get this error.

Could you precisely tell me :

• If you are on windows XP, vista, 7 or 8
• If you are administrator of your machine or not when you try to launch the playroom
• In which directory the playroom is installed if it isn't the default
• If you were administrator, or logged as a different user when installing the playroom; don't worry if you don't remember
• In which directory do you fall if you choose the item "explore parameters" that you could find in the start menu, under the playroom submenu.

Well, yes, i was administrator when i created my account. i go to the default directory. Also, i stil am administrator. i am on XP.
